“Great location. Very close to vaporetto stop, great food market (in the old theatre building), lots of restaurants close by. Great amenities (washer, etc. ) and a nice neighborhood with lots of shops. Large kitchen where we all could gather. You have to change water taxis to get down the Grand Canal ( at Riva de Biasia) but direct line to the airport, train station, and the islands.”

“La casa è una piccola bomboniere totalmente ristrutturata. Si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi metri dal quartiere dei locali per pranzo e cena ottimi e a prezzi moderati, vicino al casinò alle fermate dei vaporetti e al quartiere ebraico, in 20 min a piedi raggiungerete tutte le attrazioni principali di Venezia godendovi il paesaggio”

“The location is amazing. 1 minute away from the main tourist pathway that leads to San Marco square (15mins walk) and the train terminal (10mins walk). The room that I stayed in was nicely furnitured, the bathroom has modern amenities and has toiletries. The host was very helpful, answered all my questions very quickly and was flexible with checkin time. When I arrived the host took the time to provide me with a map and provided very helpful tourist suggestions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location that is clean and has a very helpful host. Also had privacy which was very nice as well.”
